User Agreement
Welcome to Funble. We are delighted that you have decided to use our products and services. Please ensure that you read this agreement carefully before using our Services. If you do not accept the terms provided in this agreement, kindly contact us at hello@funble.app and discontinue the use of our Services.
Definitions:
Funble / Service / Services: Refers to the Funble mobile application and the website www.funble.app.
User / you: Refers to the individual who creates a membership in one of the Services by accepting this agreement.
Content / Contents: Refers to the general appearance and design offered through the Services, all information, images, video and audio contents in the Services, the Funble brand, logo, icons, demonstrations, written, auditory, electronic, graphic, or software contents, and all content included in the Services.
Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and responsibilities arising from the use of Services provided by Funble and used by the User. This agreement is prepared to ensure the security of all Users and a complete Funble experience.
By accepting these Terms, you declare and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) you have not been previously suspended or removed from the Service; (c) your registration and use of the Service comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Funble is a Service that offers educational content for children. Therefore, by accepting this agreement, you permit your minor children to use the Services through your account, accept these Terms on behalf of your child, and assume responsibility for your child’s activities on the Services.
Rights and Responsibilities:
Under this agreement, you accept and declare your responsibilities as expressed in the following articles:
You will not violate any applicable laws, international treaties, or laws of any other state in any way.
You will not engage in behavior that restricts the features of the Services or prevents other users from benefiting from the Services, nor will you add malicious software to the Services.
When registering for the Services, you will be asked to provide some information, such as your name, email address, or other contact details. You declare that the information you provide to us is accurate and that you will always keep this information accurate and up-to-date.
When registering for the Services, you will be asked to enter a password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and will inform us at hello@funble.app if you no longer consider your account secure, assuming responsibility for all activities under your account.
Funble owns and operates the Services. The content, visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, data, computer code (including source and object code), products, software, services, and all other elements of the Services (“Contents”) are protected by intellectual property and other laws. Unless expressly authorized by Funble, you agree not to use the Contents.
You will not interfere with the security-related features of the Services, including (i) disabling features that prevent or limit the use or copying of any content; (ii) attempting reverse engineering or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of any part of the Services, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
You will not upload or otherwise disseminate any virus, adware, spyware, worm, or other malicious code.
You will not collect personal information about other users or third parties without authorization, nor will you interfere with or disrupt any network, equipment, or server connected to or used to provide the Services.
Limitation of Liability:
In situations where Funble is legally responsible under non-contractual provisions, such liability shall be limited to damages foreseeable in the normal course of events. Funble has no additional liability in this context, and nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a penal clause against Funble.
Funble is not responsible for any damage or harm to the User's mobile device arising from the User's access to, use of, or downloading of any document/content from the Services.
Although Funble exercises the highest level of care in preparing the content of the Services, we make no representations about the accuracy, usefulness, timeliness, or completeness of the content. In this context, we do not provide any warranties and do not accept any responsibility for decisions made based on this content.
Funble may temporarily or permanently restrict the use of all or part of the Services or their features due to capacity limits or other technical limitations, or when necessary for the security or integrity of the Service servers, or to execute repair measures ensuring the proper or improved functioning of the Services.
Intellectual Property Rights:
All intellectual rights, including processing, dissemination, and representation of the contents offered through Funble services, belong to Funble or Funble's third-party partners. All content offered in Funble Services has obtained the necessary permissions from the respective rights holders. Copying of Contents provided to Users through the Services or using them for purposes beyond benefiting from the Services, including reproducing, copying, or presenting them to other individuals, is prohibited. Under this agreement, the User is granted a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to benefit from the services provided through the Services. No provision of this agreement shall be construed as granting the User any rights, ownership, and/or interest in whole or in part.
Changes:
We reserve the right to modify or amend our Terms of Use from time to time by publishing a revised User Agreement on our site. As our Services continuously evolve and change, our agreements may be updated over time. The "last updated" statement at the top of this page indicates when this agreement was last revised. Continuing to use the Services following these changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.
Applicable Law
The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply to this agreement.
