About The Job
We are an edtech company building a unique mobile streaming app for preschoolers. We are looking for a talented “Graphic Designer” to join our energetic and highly motivated team. The position reports to the Marketing Manager&CMO and will touch all communication channels including but (not limited to) digital & print advertising, website, and social media.
What will you do? 🤹
Collaborate with marketing & creative teams, and other cross-functional departments to create a range of brand content and campaign deliverables
Create visual assets for use across platforms
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and presentations
Work within brand guidelines, appreciating the nuances behind a brand's identity
Designs and produces idea layouts, moodboards, mockups, and other engaging, innovative and effective visual work
Execute layouts for digital, social, print, and outdoor
Produce fresh creative concepts and deliver creative ideas across all platforms for briefs and new campaigns.
Establish art direction, style, and tone of digital concepts and/or communications.
Execute concept presentation documents
Follow through with content post-production across dynamic deliverables
If you have / are.. 👇
3+ years of professional experience, preferably with a start-up company or creative agency
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related discipline preferred
Experience working across a wide range of media including digital/social, print, event/experiential, brand identity systems, etc.
Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
UI/UX Design knowledge is a plus.
A solid foundation in typography, layout, and design.
Working understanding of advertising and marketing principles
Strong attention to detail, organization, multitasking, and time-management
Team player who enjoys working with and helping others in a collaborative environment
Curious and open to others' ideas and viewpoints with a willingness to learn and take constructive feedback
A good problem solver who seeks to improve themselves and learn from mistakes
Fluency in both Turkish and English is preferred
