2D Character Animator
About The Job
We are an edtech company building a unique mobile streaming app for preschoolers. We are looking for a talented “2D Character Animator” to join our energetic and highly motivated team.
The position reports to the Creative Director and will touch all Funble content including but not limited to stories, UI animations and so on…
What will you do? 🤹
Collaborate with creative team.
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and presentations
Create amazing 2D character animations with Moho (or similar softwares)
Conception and execution of character animation-based projects
Take an initial concept to the next level with animations
Work in close collaboration with stakeholders and Creative Director
If you have / are.. 👇
Proficiency in 2D animation software such as Moho or Toon Boom Harmony.
Knowledge of traditional animation techniques such as timing, spacing, and posing.
A minimum of 3+ years of experience creating 2D Character Animations.
Strong storytelling skills and the ability to craft compelling narratives through video.
Familiarity with Google Suite/Drive.
Ability to work not quickly, but efficiently within a time budget.
A strong portfolio with a plethora of examples demonstrating your talent and passion for developing outstanding animation.
A passion for creative video production and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
An enthusiasm to work collaboratively and contribute in a creative team environment.
Receptive to and desirous of constructive feedback, strong self-awareness of one’s strengths and a willingness to build upon skills.
